  1. Quotation valid for 3months from date of quotation; carriage charged at cost, to be added to invoice total
  2.   Plate colour and insert quoted based on standard colour available on flat plate TEQ-SB1001 range
  3.   Pro Forma Invoice Payment, 100% on order for hardware/professional service; 30days for all other services
  4.   Delivery - 2 weeks on stocked items from order payment date
  5.   Special - customised switch plate colours - 4-6 weeks from order payment date
  6.   Warranty - 5years on hardware from invoice date, against manufacturing faults. Warranty does not extend to malfunction/damage due to incorrect installation, electrical or handling, unauthorised modification; mega test with receivers connected to electrical circuit 
  7. Telephone support, Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm
